Very high quality green tea is individually rolled with very fine Jasmine buds picked right before they bloom.

Caffeine Level and Type: Low caffeine, Unfermented. Leaves withered, then heat treated, rolled and dried

Cup Characteristics: A very fine Jasmine that will please your eyes, nose and palate. The flavor is intense, taste remarkable and looks magnificent.

Measurements & steep times for 8 oz: One pearl per ounce of water, steep as desired.
